Our Story
ESCROWSURE’s heritage extends back to the Escrow Europe Group, founded in the Netherlands in 1989. Escrow Europe (Pty) Ltd was established in South Africa in 2003 and became a wholly South African owned and incorporated company following a share acquisition in 2010.
In 2023, the business rebranded as Escrow Europe (Pty) Ltd t/a ESCROWSURE, marking the evolution of our offering while retaining the experienced team and personalised approach developed over the preceding two decades.
A further chapter began in 2025 when ESCROWSURE was acquired by APP Solutions, the international technology group that also owns Vaultinum. ESCROWSURE continues to operate under its established brand, with its local team and operational delivery supported by the international infrastructure and specialist technology capabilities of the wider group.
Membership of the APP Solutions group also gives ESCROWSURE access to Vaultinum’s expertise in technology due diligence and software analysis, complementing our established software escrow and continuity capabilities.
